We highly value our collaborative partnerships with law enforcement. Agencies often recognize that the re-examination of a cold case—encompassing the exhaustive review of legacy reports, evidence, and witness statements—is an immense administrative and analytical undertaking. However, without a dedicated commitment to these files, the window for resolution can narrow. Because time is a critical factor in cold case success, BTCMO provides the supplemental man-hours and specialized insights necessary to maintain investigative momentum.
